Refund & Exchange Policy

At Vigerly, we want your shopping experience to be seamless, so we’ve made our return and exchange process as easy as possible.

  • Free Exchanges & Returns for Store Credit: We accept exchanges or returns for store credit within 60 days from the delivery date. After inspecting your original order, we’ll process exchanges or refunds within 3-5 business days.

  • Refund Process: For refunds, a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.95 will be deducted from the refund total to cover return shipping. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once your return is inspected.

  • Exclusions: Custom or personalized items and products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for exchange or return, unless defective or incorrectly barcoded.

  • Condition of Returns: Returns will only be accepted if the item is in new, unused condition. Items showing signs of wear, such as being worn, stained, washed, or having odors (fragrances, deodorant), makeup, or animal hair, will not be eligible for return. The item must also be in its original packaging to ensure safe transit.

  • Washing Instructions: Our shirts are made from cotton and will shrink if not washed and dried on low heat. Free exchanges are not available for damage caused by improper washing. Please carefully follow the washing and care instructions to maintain the quality of your product.

  • Return Method Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust the return method if the return item does not meet our policy requirements. Any signs of wear or damage will result in the product being returned to you without any credit issued.

Which items are not returnable?

  • Custom/Personalized Products: These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrectly barcoded.
  • Final Sale Products: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

I ordered the wrong size/color/product. Can I exchange my item?

  • Yes, you can exchange the item. Please follow the return instructions provided on the returns page.
  • Please note: All exchanges are considered an even trade. This means that any price differences due to size or color will not be reimbursed.
  • If you want to exchange your item for a different style or product, you can request store credit during the returns process.

Are there any charges for Returns or Exchanges?

You can return or exchange items within 60 days of delivery. If you're returning an item, a $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. However, exchanges are free of charge. Custom or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective or incorrectly barcoded. For customers outside the contiguous U.S. (such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses), you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs due to customs restrictions, as the company cannot provide free return labels in these cases.

Is stock reserved for me if I submit an exchange?

No, stock is not reserved for you when you submit an exchange request. It’s important to return the item as soon as possible to ensure your exchange is processed quickly. Once the return is inspected and approved, if the item is still in stock, your new order will be shipped immediately. However, if the stock is unavailable, you will receive a store credit instead.

I submitted a return but forgot to use the return label you gave me. What happens if I send a return back using a different label?

To avoid delays in processing your return, it's best to use the return label provided by the company. If you happen to use a different label, don't worry—your return will still be processed. However, it will take an additional 3 to 5 days for your return to be handled manually, as it won't be automatically processed in the system. While the return will still be completed, using the provided label helps streamline the process, ensuring a quicker turnaround.

How long will it take to get my exchange or refund?

Returns and exchanges are usually processed quickly, but please allow up to 5 business days for your return or exchange to be fully processed after it arrives at the facility. Refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear, depending on your bank or financial institution. You will receive an email notification once your return or exchange has been processed, so you can stay updated on its status.

How will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method once your return is received at the warehouse. If you used AfterPay, any repayments already made will be refunded to your AfterPay account. For Credit Card or PayPal payments, the full amount of the returned items (minus the original shipping cost) will be refunded to your original account. If you used a Til Valhalla Project gift card or store credit, you will receive your refund as store credit.

Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
